Our goal is to provide current and accurate information on our website. However, errors, misprints, and omissions sometimes occur. These include but are not limited to incorrect or incomplete prices, descriptions, specifications, photographs or illustrations. northernshades.ca makes no warranty that the content of the website is accurate or complete. Prior to shipment or delivery of any order, northernshades.ca may cancel, reject, correct, or terminate any order for products, services, or shipping for which the price was incorrectly displayed or where we otherwise displayed erroneous, incomplete, or inaccurate information.
northernshades.ca reserves the right to cancel, reject, correct or terminate at any stage of the order processing, including after an order has been submitted and confirmed, and your credit card has been charged. In the event your order is cancelled by northernshades.ca after your credit card account has already been charged, northernshades.ca will immediately issue a credit to your payment card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank or credit union policies will determine when this amount is credited to your account.
northernshades.ca is not obligated to complete any sale of products, services, or insurance based on errors, misprints, or omissions on our website. northernshades.ca may at any time, with no prior notice or liability to any website user
(a) correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission;
(b) change the products and services available on the website, or the prices, fees, description, and specifications of such products, services, and insurance;
(c) limit quantities, promotional or otherwise, available for sale.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or have received product that is defective, or was shipped in error, you may request a return by emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Northern Shades must authorize all return requests before product is returned or refund will not be processed.
Please provide your order information and a brief explanation of your reason for return.
All purchases made at northernshades.ca can be refunded online in our Edmonton store. Refund time takes between 3-5 business days, this depends on your credit card company. We have no ability to make the refund appear any sooner.
Items returned within 30 days in your possession (start date is when item was delivered or picked up), in perfect, unused condition (including all manuals and packaging materials), will be refunded for the amount of the product only. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
If product is returned used, in poor condition, or there are pieces missing or damaged, Barbecues Galore reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct the value of the missing or damaged parts.
Freight charges for returns will be the responsibility of the customer, unless product was shipped to you defective or in error. If product was received defective or damaged, it can be returned for full refund or exchange for the same product.
Special Order Items
Don’t get us wrong, we have tons of product in our stores and warehouses. That said, there are a few items that we just a) don’t have the room for, b) they’re a little more unique, or c) we only bring them in when we get an order for them.
The turnaround time on these items vary by supplier. If you purchase a Special Order Item, we will contact you within the next business day to give you an ETA for the item.
Special Order items may be subject to a freight charge that is not included in the price on our website.
Returns: We get it, sometimes you change your mind on an item, or maybe it wasn’t what you were expecting. Special Order items can only be returned with a return fee. This fee is a percentage of the price of the item.
